Help us understand

Before we start, we’ll discuss your needs and goals and how our solutions can help acheive them. We’ll show you how our RPM full service or ala carte solutions can be customized just for you.

We can suggest solutions

We'll evaluate your current workflow and work together to figure out which Complete RPM services have the best fit. We’ll also work to identify day-to-day inefficiencies – and suggest solutions – to help you meet your goals, whether they’re about increasing revenue and patient engagement or saving staff time and lowering training costs.

Getting you started

We’ll configure a RPM solution built just for your practice or telehealth office, create custom marketing materials and videos, establish a Medicare eligibility interface for each provider, and both upload your patients’ records and link up with your EMRs (when available).

Training

You’ll have compliance, software, clinical and billing staff training. We can also give you guidance on planning and executing workflow changes.

Kickoff

Once your practice is fully prepared, we’ll leave you to the business of patient care but we won’t go far, scheduling routine check-ins at one week and one month after kickoff. We offer full support whenever you need us..
